Welcome to the ST/ART Project Galleries

The ST/ART Project is a Stroke and Art Project run by Tayside Healthcare Arts Trust.  For it's first three years from 2004 – 07 it was funded by the Big Lottery Fund and sponsored by NHS Tayside. Over the course of these first 3 years the project has developed the model of Creative Rehabilitation in the four key areas that are often referred to as the ‘patient journey’; the Inpatient Acute setting, Inpatient Rehabilitation wards, Community Support groups and access routes to Community Mainstream provision.  All programmes are delivered in partnership either with NHS Tayside localities or with Voluntary Sector Groups or Arts/Education providers in the community.

The Project has now entered a second phase of development supported by NHS Tayside through it's Innovation Funds.  This will allow the project to develop further whilst focusing on establishing a new model of service that can attract long-term support.  Further information about all of the programmes and examples of the work they produced can be accessed by following the links below.
